Submissions

The Florida Journal of International Law accepts submissions on a rolling basis. We welcome submissions of articles relating to all aspects of international law.

Publication standards in the United States are among the most stringent in the world. Members of the Journal are required to check all footnotes for both substantive accuracy and proper citation format. While the Journal will make every effort to locate sources, some are simply unavailable in the United States. Every author whose work is accepted for publication should be prepared to provide copies of all source material at the Journal’s request.

Guidelines for Submissions

Citations for submissions should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, 20th Edition.

Electronic submissions of manuscripts may be submitted via Scholastica or by direct submission to FJIL@law.ufl.edu.

Hard copy submissions should be mailed to:

Florida Journal of International Law
University of Florida Levin College of Law
124 Holland Hall

All submissions should include a resume/CV and a cover letter.
